Bio-Elite Training Systems is not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions. Our services are not a substitute for care from a physician, physical therapist, or other licensed healthcare provider.

2. HIPAA and Non-Medical Provider Clarification

Bio-Elite Training Systems is a fitness, performance, and wellness coaching business. We are not a health plan, healthcare clearinghouse, physician practice, hospital, medical clinic, or medical provider.

Payments are processed through Stripe or another approved third-party payment processor. We do not directly store full credit card numbers or complete payment credentials on our own systems.

Bio-Elite Training Systems does not require clients to connect wearable devices or third-party health apps. Clients may disconnect integrations according to the settings available through Trainerize or the connected third-party platform.
